Hey guys, I just posted my Year in Review for 2014! It... wasn't good, let's say.

In this video, I say goodbye (and good riddance) to the passing year by looking back on its music and musical movies.

I had to re-upload this because the first time it was deleted due to the copyrighted music during the Pink Floyd album review. I will be posting that segment, as well as all the other deleted scenes, on my ZippCast channel in the future.

Im sorry your year was that terrible. Mine was just plain annoying, stressful, pressuring and draining because of most of the events that happened in it. College, high school, pressure from parents. That sort of thing. And it all just piled up to no end, to the point where I'm just paranoid over the next day being any good, or another stressful reminder that this world and its perception of success and the future is just one that I really can't stand. The issue didn't help my drawings either. Even the most basic promises I made this year couldn't be hold up because of burn out, exhaustion or drained inspiration. T least for video games this year was perfect for me...

to to be very blunt and honest, this is the very first time I have actually sat down and watched your videos. And I must say, you do a damn good job man, I can tell you're inspired by other critics and a bit of Todd in the shadows, one of my favorite internet critics out there, and I think you grew it to a way it works for you, while still expressing your opinion, rock on space man.

As for 2014 and its music...
PHEWW! This year annoyed the ever living FUCK out of me. The best way I can describe this year, is Overplay. That's really why I hated this year as much as I do, because overplay can really determine how much you hate a song, when its forced so hard down your head. Radio stations take plays by popularity and request..and god damn, this year, I just seriously want to kill every single fucking obnoxious and annoying pop princess that is out there. Because every single one of their songs got over played and over exposed to the point of annoyance, and sometimes head trama and thoughts of suicide..JESUS that sounds more like a medication.

Special shout out out to Megan Taylor, Taylor swift, Iggy, And Niki for making this year so much more annoying, insufferable and brain numbing, especially Megan Taylor, who I never liked to begin with. Her juvenile demeanor, her her childish tone in her singing, the way she fucking sings and especially her demeaning lyrics. All about that base, good god, if I ever hear that song ever again, I'm going to kill something, I hate it with a burning passion.

Anything in this year that was considered good or exciting like Happy, is pretty much ruined by overplay. And people wonder why I only listen to instrumental music. Because singing makes it a popsong, and a popsong leads to popularity and image, and popularity and image means more unwarrented overplay.

Pas for Rainbow rocks, I saw it with a fellow friend of mine, who actually liked it, and....yea it's..really..fucking...cliched. No risks, no deviation or even respect of the audience was used here, it is the exact story you expect from a premise like this.
The exact. story. And I have said this before, the human animation only takes away from the weighted slapstick and cartoony humor of the show, and just gives us failry standard animation, with fairly standard movements with blander humor and an effortless story line.

Other er than that, 2014 was a pretty bland year in everything else that wasn't video-games. The only thing I can remember happening is being reminded that Seth Rogan isn't funny with threats of a nuclear holocaust. Besides that, 2014 can just simply be forgotten.

Keep eps up your videos man, I'll be eagerly awaiting the next one!
